I fell of the step ladder and hurt my back it so bad I had a job to back I made an appointment with Parnell he treated my muscles and after about three visits I started walking and after about six visits I am ok and I can walk without any pain in my body and it doesn’t hurt even when I am sitting down

Pernel is an absolute legend. I saw him weekly during my marathon training for strengthening sessions focused on my glutes, hamstrings, quads and core – and the difference was incredible. I’d been dealing with a few niggles before I started seeing him, and he not only helped fix them, but also kept me feeling strong and injury-free throughout my training.
Post-marathon, I went back for a sports massage and it really helped with my recovery. Pernel is kind, funny, and just an all-round top bloke. I’ve already recommended him to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking for expert support with their training or recovery.

I consulted Pernel after straining the muscles in my lower back near my right hip. I had pain around my hip and in my right leg. I had two sessions per week with him for three weeks, then one session per week for six weeks. Pernel took care to locate the problem and to treat it systematically. I have to date attended 17 sessions with Pernel and the progress to date has been exceptional. Posture has certainly improved and the curvature in my back has certainly improved. Very pleased with progress to date. When I was swimming I was struggling to raise my right arm over my head and that was the reason for me attending these sessions and there has been a great improvement in my right arm movement.
